Meetings of the Zoning Board of Appeals are normally held on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at 7:00 P.M. at the Town Hall. These meetings are open to the public.

The Zoning Board of Appeals guides and supports Petitioners through the permitting process.

The Zoning Board of Appeals is appointed by the Selectmen and acts under the authority of Chapters 40A and 40B of the Massachusetts General Laws and the Zoning By-laws of the Town of Mashpee. The Board consists of five sitting Board Members, with Associate Members sitting from time to time.

Applicants for Special Permits, Variances, or Appeals under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 40A can review their applications with the Board prior to filing with the Town Clerk.
