The Mashpee Board of Selectmen seeks individuals interested in serving on the Affordable Housing Committee. The Committee examines a range of public and private interests within the community including real estate, development, housing advocacy, minorities, persons with special needs, the Mashpee Housing Authority, Selectmen, Planning Board, Board of Appeals, Council on Aging and the Wampanoag Tribal Council. The committee is responsible for development of a housing policy, to review proposals for affordable housing projects and to identify and facilitate opportunities for increased housing affordability in Mashpee.
