Mashpee Cultural Council Local Guidelines
In order to provide the ultimate mixture of cultural programs to the Town of Mashpee, the Mashpee Cultural Council has set the following guidelines:
- Local Sponsor – all applicants must have a local sponsor. Please contact the Mashpee Library, Mashpee Schools, Senior Center, Leisure Services Program, or other appropriate organization, in order to coordinate the location and timeframe of your event
- Category Spread – MCC is interested in providing a variety of cultural events to the town. As such, applications will be reviewed based on variety.
- Tourist Attraction – MCC would like to tap into the tourist season and capitalize on events that will take advantage of our increased population during the summer months.
- Address Local Needs – Project must benefit Mashpee’s community.
- Applications - Applicants must submit one original application plus one copy per each Cultural Council member.
